Current Openings

This position is responsible for processing all immigration bond transactions, including sales entries, identifying and entering data from notices from the Department of Homeland Security, processing bond sales and notifying agents of each activity as well as other duties as requested.

General office experience required, accounting is a plus. Some college preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office required, accuracy in data entry, exceptional typing skills, as well as strong communication skills (verbal and written). Team player, work well under pressure and good organization skills a must. High school graduate or equivalent required.

This position is responsible for assisting the Sr. Vice President of Operations in day-to-day activities, running database reports for accounting and claims paid, overseeing the daily entry of data concerning sales, court notices and agency contracts and appointments as well as other duties as requested.

General office experience, management experience and some accounting experience needed and some college preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to accept direction and follow instructions, detail oriented, team player and works well under pressure. High school graduate or equivalent required.

We are looking for AR/AP clerk based in Houston with experience in the insurance industry. This will be a highly-motivated person who will help us get to the next level as our company grows.

Job Duties
• Communicate with customers via phone, email or mail
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions.
• Preparing and mailing invoices to customers
• Organizing and filing deposits receipts as invoices are paid
• Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Perform account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve customer queries

Education and Experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• 1-3 years of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and insurance industry experience

Do you have strong data entry skills? This position is an administrative support position that enters commercial insurance submissions into the agency management system, creates the electronic file in the imaging system and routes the new business submissions to the appropriate underwriter as well as other duties as requested.

Qualifications include strong computer skills, good communication skills, time management skills, and high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities include answering phones, issuing binders and invoice on new and renewal accounts, rating endorsements, ordering and reviewing inspections, following up on missing information, maintaining policy files, and other duties as requested.

Qualifications include 2-3 years commercial lines experience, strong computer skills, good communication skills (verbal and written), time management skills, and the ability to multi-task. High school graduate or the equivalent. 2-3 years commercial lines experience is required.
